This is my recipe for "sloppy", as I call it, minced meat! It's an easy recipe and it's made very quickly!

400g lean pork, minced
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
30g yellow mustard
25g caster sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 crumbled beef stock cube
Salt and pepper
- Place a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Brown the mince, stirring for 1-2 minutes. Add the onion, green bell pepper and mix.
- Add the mustard, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, stock cube and mix well.
- Lower the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with your choice of sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, rice or even fresh bread for a quick, easy and very tasty dish.
