Mince Meat Pasta with Anari Cheese
Not your ordinary pasta! A unique way to use these basic ingredients you definitely already have in your kitchen.

Ingredients
500 g spaghetti
10 g olive oil
300 g minced pork
1 Tbs chopped onion
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 pinch red chilli
1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Salt and black pepper
To serve
140 g mixed salad greens
250 g crumbled Cyprus Anari cheese
Method

Bring a large pot with salted water to the boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions.

In the mean time, place the olive oil in a large cast iron pan over high heat. Add the minced meat and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Lower the heat to medium, add the onion, oregano, thyme, paprika, a pinch of chilli, the chopped tomatoes, zest and juice of the lemon. Simmer for 4 - 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.

Once your pasta is ready, drain it. To serve, place the crumbled anari on the bottom of each bowl, top with a handful of salad greens, and add the pasta and sauce on top. Ready to EAT!
